Watch highlights from the webinar; the full version is available below.

I had the privilege of leading a panel discussion on the themes and lessons from my book How to Implement (just about) Anything. The event was to celebrate the launch of my first book and included an insightful panel discussion where we explored the core strategies for implementation and how they resonate with high-level leaders in educational organizations across Maryland, Delaware, and around the country. Joined by distinguished panelists Dr. Jonathan Brice and Luke Rhine, the session provided a unique opportunity to delve into the practicality and application of the strategies outlined in the book.

Dr. Brice (Harvard Ed.D) is Co-founder of School Equity Solutions. He has served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Education at US Department of Education a district superintendent, in executive positions in large districts in Maryland, and as a school administrator and teacher.

Luke Rhine has an impressive background in Career and Technical Education (CTE). He has served as the former Associate Secretary at Delaware Department of Education, CTE Director for the state of Delaware (EdScale client), former program specialist for CTE Maryland, and CTE teacher.

The four lessons outlined in the book became the cornerstone of our discussion. The discussion was a vibrant sharing of ideas, going beyond the book’s content to explore its application in the complex world of education. The insights gained from this conversation will undoubtedly serve as a valuable tool for educational leaders navigating the implementation of impactful projects in their organizations.

For those who missed the live discussion or who want to review the insights shared, both a highlights reel from the discussion and a full version are available.

My sincere thanks to all participants for contributing to a successful and insightful panel discussion.
